Should have very good experience with Actionscript 2.0. Experience with Actionscript 3.0 is not must but preferred. Your experience can be either Flash or Flex. You must have the experience in working with web based application which often communicates with a server side language.

Java developers for Flex – Chennai
Basically this requirement is not for Java where it is for Flex. You may not need to have any knowledge in Flash/Flex Actionscript language. You will be trained by us in Flex As3.0 technology and will be working in Flex projects. Basically you must have at least one year of experience in Java and must have a thorough knowledge of applying OOP concepts in projects. More than all you must be a very quick learner.
